At Official EU Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized EU courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
